## What is the best area to rent holiday homes in Sydney?
 
Our homes are in a concentrated area, mostly around the Sydney Harbour, Eastern Suburbs and Beach locations. Hence we are a local area expert and you are in good hands. The best areas include Bondi Beach, Mosman, Balmoral, Vaucluse, and Palm Beach, known for their stunning views and luxury amenities.

Some of our homes are a few kilometers away from Sydney CBD, but we assure its worth booking them as we have a mutual partnership woth agents who manage the opertations on behalf of the home owners.

 
## How much does it cost to rent a luxury holiday home in Sydney?
 
Luxury rentals in Sydney range from $1,500 to $9,000 per night, depending on location, size, and amenities.
 
 
## Can I rent a holiday house in Sydney for short stays?
 
Yes, some luxury homes in Sydney offer short-term rentals, with a minimum stay typically ranging from 2 to 5 nights but most properties would require a minimum of 7 nights.

## Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards to reserve your booking. We recommend that you pay through a bank wire transfer when booking your holiday accommotion home (especially if you are transacting overseas).

You can also pay via credit card, if you don't mind paying a small card surcharge. Credit Cards offer you the convenience as well as gain reward points. Using a credit card makes it easier for you to receive your security deposit back after your stay.

Please Note: We don not hold credit card information as a seurity deposit. So we charge you a security deposit on your credit card to ensure that your entire stay is covered.

You can read and understand our terms and conditions here. We have set fair T & Cs after discussing with property owners. You can well may ask us any questions and we are happy to answer them. We want you to be comfortable to our terms before comitting to making a booking.

It is important for us to protect the owners and ourselves when it comes to cancellation. But you also need to decide if you feel the terms and fair to you. T&Cs include cancellation fees, damage due to wear and tear and quality assurance. We assure you there will be no hidden charges.
