# Luxury Holiday Houses in Sydney for Families | Cocoon

Champagne on a harbourfront terrace. Cousins paddle-boarding in a magnesium pool. Grandparents sipping tea beneath jacaranda bloom. A Sydney holiday house isn’t just a stay — it’s a stage for cinematic family memories.

Whether for a birthday, anniversary or long-overdue reunion, Cocoon’s curated holiday houses in Sydney are crafted for both connection and comfort — room to gather, breathe and belong.

### What makes a house “holiday-proof”?
Your average rental can buckle under family life. A successful holiday house Sydney needs considered design — private wings, open kitchens, tech zones — to support every generation seamlessly.
Zoned living spaces: Teens binge Netflix upstairs while adults enjoy a glass of Shiraz downstairs.

Pro-grade kitchens: Featuring Wolf ranges, Sub-Zero fridges, and double-drawer dishwashers — perfect for catered breakfasts or DIY celebratory dinners.

Tailored concierge service: Everything from on-call nanny support to private yoga, chef-prepped kids’ favourites, Portacots and pool toys — all pre-arranged, nothing to organise upon arrival.
