The villa was built in 1929, on a vast expanse of land measuring approximately 1,119 m2. Designed by Alan Edgecliff Stafford, one the popular architect of the period. The house was rebuilt in 2001 and underwent a renovation in 2012 complete with contemporary luxury style. Large alfresco areas to entertain your guests.
The two storey villa has an amazing panoramic view of Rose Bay, and the leafy slopes of the magnificent Bellevue Hill and Piper Point.
