The design of this luxury property is the work of the Qualia architect, a six-star resort on the Gold Coast. His philosophy was to create a luxurious Australian retreat that stimulates the senses. Dec – Jan: 7 nights minimum ## **Layout of Luxury Rental home** This exquisitely designed house promises luxury, facing the water with uninterrupted ocean views. Natural tones of timber, stone and glass reflect the serenity of Palm Beach subtly framing the seafront setting and providing sweeping views from every room. The properties custom-made sliding windows allows the home to literally open up onto the Pacific ocean from every room. The private sun deck, state of the art infinity pool and poolside Cabana provide relaxation and escape. A large deck of the dining room allows the occupants to soak up the sun from the designer decks. The master bedroom boasts a King, an ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The lower level features the three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms boasting a double timber shower with rainforest ambience, the other a full sized steam room. The Dreaming was featured as the cover story of Australian Gourmet Traveller Magazine and has won an award for interior design excellence.
