The Space
On entering the villa you will find the living areas with impressive interiors, sophisticated designs beneath the high ceilings and surrounding fireplaces. The traditional details have been retained and stylised by a popular fashion designer.
Interiors are quite unique and captivating artwork and wallpaper in the two living rooms, dining and stairway. Couches are plush with comfortable cushions and carpeted floors for a relaxed family holiday. The stone-topped kitchen is remarkable with the latest European appliances at your disposal.

The open family room further decks out to the rear timber deck courtyard and a small pool (currently being renovated). The pool is not heated and is suitable for children only. The private courtyard area is excellent for alfresco dining and BBQ. The terrace too is quite impressive with a Bali-style cabana and firepit for some fun and alfresco dining.

Woolhara is a quiet neighbourhood compared to the city’s hustle and bustle. Some of the heritage homes with neatly manicured gardens similar to the Villa Palmier are housed here. There are also high-end fashion boutiques in close proximity. The villa is within walking distance from the Bondi junction.
