Villa Vaucluse is a waterfront holiday home in Sydney’s Vaucluse, an amazing four-bedroom house perfect for a Summer getaway. Just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy shores of Gibson’s and Kutti beaches. This luxury rental home offers complete privacy within its gated property. Its waterfront location also provides incredible views of the Bay Area.

Beach chic house décor, with designer furniture and a modern art collection. The living room is warm and cozy with furniture around the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with the finest appliances and fixtures. Formal and al fresco dining areas, both with seating for eight people.

The villa has Apple TV, Wi-Fi, an integrated sound system, and air-conditioning. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, an ensuite with dual vanity and a rain shower. Plus a balcony overlooking Sydney Harbour and Watson’s Bay.

### **Bedroom Configuration**

1st Bedroom: Master bedroom King size bed, ensuite bathroom,
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed,

Entertainment options include a game room, dry sauna and gym. The games room features a pool table and table tennis for indoor fun.

You can find the historic gun emplacements while reaching to the Hornby Lighthouse that stands tall at South Head. Sydney Harbour National Park near Watson’s Bay is an exquisite space steeped in natural beauty.
