Mosman Waterfront is 10 minutes from the City in non-peak hour and 5 minutes from Balmoral Beach. The location is one of the inner city but unencumbered by the noise and activity of humanity.   Manly beach is 15 minutes away Buses run close by and ferries are a 7-minute drive away. The property is 25 minutes from Sydney Airport. Many bush walks are close by. There is also a public golf course and tennis facilities 6 minutes away. Bush walks are 10 minutes away in the national park.
