The Space

The first floor is the main bedroom area with two good sized bedrooms, one of which offers direct access to the garden. Built in wardrobes makes unpacking a breeze. The third bedroom can be a perfect work from home study or a queen bedroom. The bedroom area also offers a full-sized bathroom with a lovely bathtub as well as a laundry.

A stylish staircase takes you up to the second floor where the beaming light and present blue sky will give you a sunny welcome. This area is about entertaining and social family time but also has the private master retreat.

If you love to cook and also like to do that with everyone around you this kitchen will get you spinning. But first your attention will be drawn out to the deck. Probably one of the neighbourhood’s best balconies has both a comfortable sitting area, an outdoor kitchen with bbq and of course the views. Sheltered by the roof and tucked away from the wind this is a spot to enjoy the ocean whatever show it puts on.
