Villa Chippendale is a luxurious Australian waterfront retreat. Surrounded by a serene atmosphere of manicured lawn and garden, and views of the river Nerang from across the house. The villa has high cathedral ceilings and multiple entertaining spaces. It’s one of those stylish homes with alfresco dining and a stunning swimming pool, making it an ideal spot for a large family getaway.

Located in Broadbeach facing the Nerang River, the villa is in itself a private oasis where the lawn flows directly to the water’s edge. As you enter the villa you will be delighted by the beautiful decor and light-filled expansive living areas. As you head over to the pavilion there is a bar and games room with views of the river Nerang from across the house.

The living areas are lively and warm with a stone fireplace and chandelier. The bi-fold doors lead to the beautiful outdoors and deck area. The villa includes its very own library, a study area, marble kitchen with the necessary appliances.

A boat shed, ramp and car spaces are around the villa.
