Our houses sleep from 6 to 16 guests overnight. For events, the number of guests allowed is set by each owner. It depends on the size of the house, the neighbours and local council rules. We always confirm the limit in writing before you book.
What does it cost?
Nightly rates start at around $2,500 and go above $15,000 for the largest waterfront estates. Peak season, school holidays and New Year's Eve carry higher rates and longer minimum stays. Photoshoots and day events are priced by the half day or full day.
House rules for events
