Villa Byron Bay is a one-minute bushwalk through the sand dunes that leads to the famous – Point Break. A Balinese style luxury house near Byron Bay with 5 bedrooms and a huge central living area. Immersed in a combination of Australian bush, beach, and five-star accommodation at Broken Head, Byron Bay.
The Space
The living areas are huge and centrally spaced where you and your family get to entertain in perfect privacy. The Balinese-style home opens up and is set around a tropical garden shared by the other four buildings connected by decks and walkways. You can commune around the huge common area or use it for accommodation.
It’s a joy to cook in with all modern kitchen equipment and tools and a separate dining area. Prepare a delicious cup of coffee from the Espresso machine that awaits you. You may choose to book an in-house chef for the special night so you can dine and entertain, eating on the deck under the stars.
Overlooking the pool is a separate kitchen and dining area. Watch your kids frolic in the 30cm deep reflection pool or dive deep into the 20m lap pool.
Bedroom Configuration
- 1st Bedroom: Honeymoon Suite
King-size double, single bed (1.8m long suitable for kids), double daybed under nets on the verandah, single mattress on the floor if required, double marble vanity, outdoor bath.
- 2nd Bedroom: Piano Room
King-size double (or twin singles), single bed (1.8m long suitable for kids), double timber vanity, disabled bathroom. Note: separated from Little Fern Room by plantation blinds, glass sliding door, and curtains. Shares bathroom with Little Fern Room guests.
- 3rd Bedroom: Little Fern Room
Queen double, single mattress on the floor if required. Please note this room is an annex to the Piano Room, and if it is raining access to the bathroom is through the Piano Room. This room does not have its own cupboards.
- 4th Bedroom: Poolside Room
Queen Double (or twin singles), ensuite.
- 5th Bedroom: Garden Room
Queen Double (or twin singles), ensuite.
Strictly no big parties are allowed at the house.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation.
The owners are happy to welcome your dogs with open arms. Your furry friends will love the huge yard, and you can rest easy with a solid fence fully enclosing the property.
The closest dog-friendly beach is Suffolk Park which is 800m up the beach towards the lighthouse and a 2-minute drive from Broken Head. It is a local tradition to take the dogs down to the beach at Suffolk Park after 4 pm so there are plenty of new play friends to be made. Byron’s other dog-friendly beaches are at Tallow Beach, Main Beach and South Golden Beach. There are also off-leash parks offered by Byron Shire Council in Bangalow, Suffolk Park, Brunswick Heads, New Brighton and Mullumbimby.

The Neighbourhood
Broken Head is at the end of the stretch of beach to the immediate south of the Byron Bay Lighthouse.
Mostly untouched rainforest, it is a magical spot positioned only a few minutes from the heart of Byron Bay. The protected southern point is perfect for beginners, and local surf schools often choose to give their students their first wave in the family-friendly shallows of the beach.
Two of the most deserted and beautiful beaches in the shire, Brays and Kings, are found by driving two minutes up Seven Mile Beach road and walking down tracks through the rainforest. These are perfect settings for creating those perfect family memories.
Getting Here
Three airlines fly into Ballina Airport just 20 minutes from the house, and the larger Gold Coast airport is 60 minutes north.
